By placing an order through the BoozeOne.ph Website, you indicate your understanding and agreement to adhere to the current Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your order.

Age

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase Products. By submitting an order for Products, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and you are not purchasing Products for anyone who is younger than 18 years of age. When you or your designated alternate person picks up or signs for the Products ordered, you may be required to present proof that you are 18 years of age or older. Acceptable proof includes a valid driver’s license, passport, or citizenship card.

Third Parties Acting on Booze One's Behalf

Your personal information is provided by Booze One™ to third parties in order to facilitate payment and delivery of Products. Booze One™ only transfers your personal information to third parties who have agreed to comply with appropriate privacy and security standards.

Credit Card Payment

You can conveniently make payments using VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. It's essential to provide complete and accurate credit card information during the checkout process. To ensure secure transactions, Booze One™ utilizes a payment gateway provider's server, serving as an intermediary between Booze One™ and our bank. Please note that Booze One™ does not retain any credit card information on its systems.

By placing your order, you confirm that you have the necessary authorization to use the specified credit card and hereby authorize Booze One™ to charge your order to that credit card. When entering your billing details during checkout, kindly input the billing address associated with your credit card. Be aware that Booze One™ may need to request authorization from the credit card issuer and reserves the right to decline any credit card transaction if deemed necessary.

Payment by Digital Wallet

This includes, but is not limited to, popular options like PayPal, Gcash, PayMaya, and GrabPay.

When you submit your order, you affirm that you have the necessary authorization to use the selected Digital Wallet for your purchase.

Please note that Booze One™ is not the provider of the Digital Wallet, and we are not responsible for its use or functionality. If you have any questions about using the Digital Wallet or encounter issues with it or your device, we recommend contacting the Digital Wallet provider's customer service for assistance. Booze One™ does not assume responsibility for any failure of the Digital Wallet, your device, or any inconvenience or loss resulting from:

(a) Our refusal to accept payment via the Digital Wallet. (b) Damage to your device caused by the Digital Wallet.

Product Availability at Booze One™

In the event that Booze One™ is unable to fulfill your order for a specific product, you will be promptly notified via email. Order Quantity Policy

Delivery and Pick-Up Information

The delivery times for your order can vary depending on the product type and the chosen method of delivery. Typically, urban addresses can expect to receive packages during the earlier part of the delivery estimate, while rural addresses may receive deliveries towards the latter part of the estimated timeframe.

Booze One™ offers two convenient delivery options:

  • Home Delivery: We provide delivery to any address within our service areas, including Metro Manila, Odiongan, and San Andres Romblon. Effective February 24, 2024, we've broadened our delivery services to offer next-day delivery to Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal, utilizing standard rates charged by our delivery partners. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, so make sure to provide a physical street address for Home Delivery. Delivery times or pickup times may be affected by weather conditions or order volumes.

  • Same-Day Pickup: If your order is fulfilled from available store inventory at participating store locations, you can opt for Same-Day Pickup. This service is subject to availability and may not always be guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification. When collecting your products in-store, please bring a copy of your "Ready For Pickup" email notification, along with a government-issued photo ID to verify your legal drinking age. The pickup must be completed by a person who is 18 years of age or older and is not, or does not appear to be, intoxicated.

It's important to note that the title to the products passes from Booze One™ to you when you pick them up from our designated pickup location.

Please be aware that for Deliver to Store or Same-Day Pickup orders, if you do not pick up your products within fourteen (14) days after they become available for pickup in-store (counted from the date of your "Ready For Pickup" email notification), Booze One™ reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a refund to the credit card used for the purchase.

Delivery and Pick-Up Charges

Refunds

    1. The product is in saleable condition, including Vintages products and beer purchased as a Regular or Specialty Customer Sale.
    2. You provide the original receipt.
    3. The return is initiated within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
  • Refund Process: Upon meeting the criteria above, we will process your refund equal to the purchase price of the product, excluding any delivery charges if applicable. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

  • In-Person Returns: All product returns must be made in person at one of our designated Booze One™ locations. To complete the refund process, you'll need to provide the following information:

    • Your name, address, and telephone number.
    • Your signature to acknowledge receipt of the refund.
    • Valid, government-issued photo ID to verify your identity. Please note that if you do not provide this information, we will be unable to process the return.
  • Refunds Without Receipt: We do not offer refunds for returns made without a valid receipt.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are considered final sale and are non-refundable.

  • Charitable Donations: Charitable donations are non-refundable.

Governing Law

Force Majeure

Booze One™ shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from any delay or failure in fulfilling its obligations when such delay or failure is directly or indirectly caused by an event beyond its reasonable control. These events may include, but are not limited to, (i) acts of nature, (ii) natural disasters, (iii) acts of war, insurrection, and terrorism, (iv) labor strikes, lockouts, and disputes, (v) government directives or regulations, or (vi) shortages of goods, labor, or transportation.

Disclaimer and Limitation Of Liability

Except as expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions, there are no warranties, representations, or other agreements regarding the Products ordered through Booze One™.

To the extent permitted by law, Booze One™ shall not be liable for indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for or in relation to lateness in delivery, loss of revenue or profits, or the cost of substitute goods), arising directly or indirectly from any breach of contract (fundamental or otherwise) or from any warranties contained herein, or from any acts or omissions that may give rise to legal liability (whether in tort, including for negligence, strict liability or under any other theory of legal liability), regardless of whether or not such damages were foreseeable.

In no event shall the liability of Booze One™ arising out of or related to any order exceed the total amount paid by you pursuant to such order.

Discontinued Products
